peptide-direct.ca is operated by Zenovate (the "Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the site and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Product descriptions, research summaries and certificates of analysis are provided for information only. They are not medical advice and do not constitute a recommendation to use any product. No statement on this site has been evaluated by Health Canada, and no product sold here is an approved medicine.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe an order is intended for resale, for human administration contrary to our disclaimers, or otherwise contrary to law. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice.
Acceptable use

Refund policy
Nature of the products
Because our products are sensitive compounds with documented handling and cold-chain requirements, they cannot be resold once they have left our custody. For health, safety and integrity reasons, opened or temperature-exposed items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, with compromised packaging, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Verified cases will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order errors and cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter processing or dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Non-delivery
If tracking shows an order was not delivered, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution may require completion of the carrier's claims process.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, incorrect, or not delivered due to our error.

Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders never cross an international border and are not subject to customs clearance or import delays. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [X] business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff are processed the next business day.
Temperature-controlled shipping
Compounds with cold-chain requirements ship in temperature-controlled packaging appropriate to the product and season. Once an order is delivered, responsibility for correct storage passes to you; please refrigerate or store as indicated as soon as it arrives.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Delivery issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events beyond our control. If a shipment is delayed or shows as undelivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, where offered, are applied automatically when the order qualifies.
